Perth.. Yes, I think even in 2002 we were a last minute addition.
Not risking it, buying tickets to all aus shows!!

lets hope they don't do big day out again! I watched a you tube video a few weeks back and it was just AK shouting at the audience to stop squashing each other. I got smushed up at bdo in perth, they organise those shows really badly. scary.

I doubt they are goin to do BDO...hasnt that line up already been announced anyway?

There hasnt been much talk of the Aus Tour in a few days. When do you think they will come? My money is on later in the year September/October/November. Looks like US will come before Aus

Does anybody else visit the forum daily just to see if anybody has posted in this thread with any news on the Aus tour?
Then you see there's a new post... but there's no info, and you get sad

It's not uncommon for the "big" bands to come towards October/November. EG This year Foo Fighters, year before Peal Jam. What kind of venues do you think they will play? I'm Perth based so I'm really hoping Belvoir Amphitheatre but will probably be NIB Stadium or at the much much lesser, Burswood Dome. That is if Perth's lucky enough to get a show at all

Are they still huge out here though? (Not an insult) I would absolutely kill to see them in a smaller venue (The Palace/The Forum) because I know their last record didn't do too well out here.
Most likely rod laver arena though or something.
