Rocketjuice and The Moon is a funk supergroup formed in 2008. The band consists of Red Hot Chili Peppers’ Bassist Flea Michael Balzary, Damon Albarn of Blur and Gorillaz, and Tony Allen, longtime drummer and musical producer for Fela Kuti.
Rocketjuice and The Moon’s debut album includes contributions from Erykah Badu, Fatoumata Diawara, M.Anifest. Cheick Tidiane Seek and the Hypnotic Brass Ensemble.
