Red Hot Chili Peppers regret to announce that they must postpone the start of their upcoming 2012 U.S. I’m With You Tour due to multiple foot injuries sustained by Anthony Kiedis. Anthony Kiedis recently underwent surgery to remove a crushed sesamoid bone and correct a detached flexor tendon in his foot and is expected to make a full recovery.
The tour was originally scheduled to begin on the 20th of January in Sunrise, Florida but will now begin on the 29th of March in Tampa Bay, Florida instead. All tickets for the postponed dates will be honored at the rescheduled dates shown below.

Anthony has had ongoing problems with his feet since the Stadium Arcadium Tour. Back in August of 2011 he spoke of the injury and how it originally occured, “I stayed out on tour with broken bones in my feet from jumping off the bass drum, which is kind of agonising, and it led to me being in a bad state of mind.”
