Anthony Kiedis was fined for failing to wear a crash helmet while riding his scooter on St. Barts Island on December 30th, 2011. A French police officer pulled him over and issued him with a ticket for wearing a baseball cap instead of the required protective headgear on the Island – a French sovereignty in the Antilles islands of the Caribbean.
